# Civil Engineering Project Manager **Location:** Sacramento, CA **Experience:** 10+ Years **Level:** Senior / Leadership **Industry:** Civil Engineering / Land Development ### Mandatory Client Requirements * **10+ years Civil Engineering / Project Management experience** * **Private Land Development experience REQUIRED** * **Active California PE License REQUIRED** * Proven experience managing projects **from planning through completion** * Strong **project financials, budgeting & resource scheduling** * Strong **client relationship & communication skills** * Experience coordinating with **municipalities, regulatory agencies & public stakeholders** * Strong leadership and **multi-disciplinary team coordination** ### Key Responsibilities * Lead private land development projects through the complete lifecycle. * Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables. * Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships. * Coordinate approvals and requirements with local municipalities/agencies. * Lead internal engineering/design teams and ensure project milestones are met. * Support business growth and strategic client development. * Progress toward **Sacramento Office Manager / Regional Leadership** responsibilities. ### Preferred * **AutoCAD Civil 3D** experience. * Strong technical understanding of civil/site development design. * Previous leadership experience with multiple projects/teams. **Ideal Candidate:** Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager with **10+ years of experience, active California PE, strong private land development background, municipal coordination experience, and proven client/project leadership.**
