- Develop, implement, and maintain ATE MBIST test solutions for semiconductor products.
- Create and debug memory test patterns, diagnostic algorithms, and memory repair validation flows.
- Support MBIST silicon bring-up from pre-silicon verification through post-silicon validation and production release.
- Perform ATE characterization, yield analysis, failure analysis, and root-cause investigation of memory-related issues.
- Optimize test coverage, test quality, and test time while ensuring manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and enhance ATE test methods/classes on Advantest V93000 SMT7/SMT8 platforms.
- Analyze characterization and production data to identify trends, improve yields, and enhance test robustness.
- Collaborate with Design, DFT, Product Engineering, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams to resolve complex silicon and test challenges.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.
- Drive continuous improvements in test methodologies, automation frameworks, and debug efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with significant hands-on experience in ATE Memory BIST (MBIST) testing and validation.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows, DFT concepts, and memory test methodologies.
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing test environments.
