Job Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management of the SK-II NOW Membership Platform, supporting the implementation of membership initiatives, driving user experience enhancements, and collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure efficient business execution. Key responsibilities include membership operations, system project coordination, budget management, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the NOW membership program and execute membership campaigns and initiatives.
Track and analyze membership performance data, monitoring key business metrics and KPIs.
Assist in driving membership program enhancements and user experience optimization projects.
Partner with the IT team to support membership platform development, testing, and issue resolution.
Manage project budget tracking and day-to-day data administration.
Manage external vendors and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Good project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong learning agility and execution capability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CRM, membership operations, e-commerce operations, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is preferred.
Experience in the FMCG, retail, or beauty industry is preferred.
