1. Thorough knowledge and experience of web application platforms: WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, NginX, Varnish, Endeca, and Citrix Netscalers. 

2. Expert trouble shooting skills.

3. Experience in configuring Load Balancers and support applications.

4. Networking concepts, TCP, firewalls, Virtual IPs.

5. Experience in conducting Triage, RCA, analyzing business impact and reporting it to higher ups. 

6. Experinece in Support/Maintenance of the production network infrastructure

7. Unix/Linux system administration.
