SAP MDG Solution / Functional Architect (MDG - F)
Location: Valencia, Spain

Utopia Global Team is looking for a SAP consultant with a solid understanding of the MDG toolsets, with experience in running the overall project, conduct workshop and provide guidance to the team. Comprehensive knowledge in SAP Finance module
Modules: MDG Finance (MDG F)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, development, and implementation of SAP MDG objects
Responsible for defining the requirements and create architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms
Responsible for creating and updating the detailed design, technical and functional documentation, and ensure timely communication within the team
Responsible for managing overall project, objects or domains in scope, and deliverables, and for interacting with Company business and IT team(s), and Supplier team, to provide leadership, and solution and technical expertise
Perform Coding, Testing and QA in ABAP, BRF+, Web Dynpro and related programming languages, as and when required by the customer
Manage project teams and ensure delegation and monitoring of related tasks as part of the project deliverables
Ensure that SAP MDG objects are built in a way that best ensures that functional requirements are met whilst also ensure that service qualities (Performance, scalability, extensibility etc.) for now and for the future are achievable
Responsible for crafting the right solution that will help customers to efficiently use the SAP MDG applications
Responsible for bringing together the pieces of the architecture for all aspects of the system and then communicates the architecture to the stakeholders from software development tools to the high-level design of the "off-the-shelf" components and services required for the system to function
Responsible for handling and mitigating any techno-functional problems that may arise within the entire development lifecycle and post-sales support and go-lives
Responsible for front-ending and communicating with all stakeholders
Responsible for allocating development task/activities to the team member
Identify Company business requirements and objectives, process study, process alignment and design a comprehensive solution business blueprint
Assist in development of appropriate test scenarios and test scripts
Provide inputs as needed to issues like tool and environment selection
Requirements:
Ability to implement SAP MDG solutions for various data domains and objects, but not limited to Finance and Vendor/Customer
Expertise in technical skills such as ABAP, ABAP OOPS, ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP FPM, IDOC, Data Dictionary, CRM WEB UI, NWBC, and Enterprise Portal
Deep understanding of techno-functional problems and ability to troubleshoot issues
Deep understanding of SAP ECC and SAP MDG capabilities
Deep knowledge in various SAP modules
Should have extremely good knowledge of SDLC processes
Skilled in the SAP Module(s) / business processes under consideration (for IS-Retail / AFS / FMS, Finance)
Comprehensive knowledge in SAP module(s) and master data objects in scope, of SAP MDG, BRF+, PI/IDOC, portal, data modelling, data enrichment, quality health check of master data and other SAP components leveraged in the MDG solution, and data transfer (DIF/DEF), Business Rules Framework (BRF, BRF+), Data Replication Framework (DRF), data validation and derivation rules, and SAP MDG
Should support and guide team members on system integration, issues related to SAP EIM (SAP IS, SAP DS), BW, BI and other MDG related components
