Main Responsibilities:

Keeps daily accurate recording of invoices, orders, and payments;
Acquires the necessary purchasing documentation (invoices, supporting documentation) frоm vendors and contractual partners of the company. Ensures that all payments are properly executed in a timely manner;
Collects and provides the necessary information on billable hours done by company employees to HQ Finance on monthly basis;
Manage cash and bank register, ensures correct bank reconciliation;
Prepares forecasts of monthly spending for the office including payroll, office related costs, taxes, and other expenses. Reviews monthly report about actual cost vs. initially projected cost with proper explanation of all variances;
Reviews the monthly and annual financial reports as well as other ad-hoc reports required by the management;
Reviews financial statements and tax declarations prepared by the external accounting agency;
Supports auditors in preliminary and final annual audit activities;
Supervises the payroll activities of the company;
Is the point of contact for auditors, banks and other external parties;
Keeps regular and permanent contact with the accounting department, including:
Providing on a monthly basis all the accounting documentation;
Providing the information necessary for the monthly payroll preparation

Main Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting or related studies;
Relevant experience in accounting for 2-3 years, preferably within a multinational company;
Strong knowledge of the local accounting and fiscal legislation;
Ability to work independently as well as in team;
Attention to detail
Reliable, responsible person with good communication and analytical skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
Very good command of English
