The Project Manager (PM) provides analyses and research that will allow for agile combat support, rapid global mobility, and joint casualty evacuation. The PM provides subject matter expertise to obtain approved/validated capability needs resulting from gaps/shortfalls identified by the capabilities planning process. The /PM provides analytical, conceptual and technical support to Air Force Office of the Surgeon General Medical Readiness Division (SG3X) and its subordinate branches to include comprehensive solution(s) across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) as determined from analysis results.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience to include the following:
• JCIDS and associated knowledge management systems.
• Historical researching and writing in military medical processes or other medical historical experience and knowledge of military contingency operations.
• Augmenting legacy data systems information with state-of-the-art multi-media.
• Communicating recommendations and implementing solutions to improve data quality.
• Data extraction and manipulation.
• Communicating complex concepts in writing and describing their effects/impacts on the target environment.
• Secret clearance.
