At Validity Research, we are looking for Market Research Interviewers to conduct telephone interviews with residents and businesses across North America.

Hours:

Full Time - Must be available Monday to Friday from 3:45pm-12:00am EST/EDT

Part Time - Must be available Saturdays and Sundays from12:45pm-9:00pm EST/EDT as well as one (1) weekday shift from 3:45pm-12:00am

Base Salary: $8.25 per hour

Duties:

- Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor

- Inviting residents across North America to participate in research studies

- Conducting telephone surveys with respondents and submitting feedback into the response database

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1 year experience in Market Research / Call Center / Customer Service

- Wired internet connection

- Minimum of 10MBPS Download Speed

- Minimum of 10GB Monthly Data Usage
