• Collaborate with Head of Product and the Product Team fill in/build out the detailed requirements/stories
• Active role in definition of IT solutions with business
• Participation on IT and business projects
• Resolve questions and clarify any confusion from devs to keep process within time and quality expectations
• Break down the requirements into smaller stories for more manageable planning and communication
• Execute initial testing of developer deliverables against specification
• Provide actionable feedback to developers
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to create workplans, timelines, etc.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to developer queries
• The role will not be limited to creating requirements documents and in an agile environment the BA will
• 3+ years experience in BA position, experience in online product company, outsourcing company or startup environment
• Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker who loves finding creative solutions to hard problems
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multi-cultural teams

• Attention to details, strong knowledge in generating process documentation
