Performs a variety of professional nursing duties in the care of home care residents with Alzheimers/Dementia; complies with state rules and regulations; and follows established policies and procedures.

Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the State fo Minnesota and maintain current licensure. Must have good nursing skills; communication skills; leadership skills; excellent problem solving skills and a true committment to those with Alzheimers and dementia.
