What to Expect:
- Establishing contact and following up with customers.
- Maintaining communication with customers throughout the loan process.
- Serve as liaison and communicate with customers, internal staff, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation.
- Delivering the customer service promised by US Wide Financial.
- Working in a team environment.
- Developing knowledge of products offered and industry regulations as responsibilities increase.
- Maintaining the customer database and privacy protocol as required.
Eligibility:
Mortgage or finance experience preferred but not required for employment.
Technical Skills:
- Need basic knowledge of computers, office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer relationship and customer management focus is required.
Necessary Skills:
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in order to complete projects and meet deadlines while handling day to day activities.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are required to provide excellent customer service and communicate with team members.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong desire to learn is a must in order to keep up with the fast paced changes of the industry while maintaining a good balance between efforts and quality.
