Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
Fluent in local language.
