To support sustainable growth and ensure high standards of operational performance, Zestify Global Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, supply chain activities, supplier coordination, inventory management, and delivery performance. Role Overview The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient product sourcing, inventory management, transportation planning, and customer fulfilment. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, coordinate procurement activities, oversee deliveries, monitor inventory levels, support contract performance, and ensure operational efficiency across domestic and international supply chains. This role will play a critical part in supporting the company's continued expansion, strengthening operational controls, and ensuring the successful delivery of services to existing and future customers. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain activities across multiple customer accounts. Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and delivery processes. Ensure efficient movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Support the expansion of supply chain operations as the business continues to grow. Procurement & Supplier Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and service providers. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of products and materials. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and service standards. Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities to reduce business risk. Ensure procurement activities align with customer requirements and business objectives. Logistics & Transportation Coordination Plan and oversee transportation activities and delivery schedules. Coordinate the movement of goods locally and internationally where required. Monitor delivery performance and ensure service commitments are achieved. Manage relationships with transport providers, couriers, and logistics partners. Resolve logistics issues, delays, and operational challenges. Implement processes to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Inventory & Warehouse Management Monitor inventory levels and stock availability across customer accounts. Coordinate stock replenishment activities to prevent shortages and overstocking. Support warehouse management and inventory control processes. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports. Analyse demand trends and forecast future stock requirements. Ensure effective storage and handling of products. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial customers. Act as a key operational contact for customers regarding logistics and supply chain matters. Provide updates on procurement activities, deliveries, and operational performance. Support customer onboarding and implementation of new contracts. Resolve customer queries and operational concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure consistently high levels of customer service. Operational Performance & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators relating to logistics, procurement, delivery performance, and inventory management. Prepare operational reports for management and customers. Analyse business performance and recommend improvements. Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure logistics and procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain records relating to suppliers, deliveries, inventory, and operational activities. Support process improvement initiatives and operational system enhancements. Develop standard operating procedures and workflow documentation. Implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency. Requirements Essential Previous experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Distribution, or Operations Management. Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics processes. Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement activities. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience coordinating transportation and delivery activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems. Right to work in the United Kingdom. Desirable Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, or a related discipline. Experience working with FMCG, retail, wholesale, import/export, or distribution businesses. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Experience managing international supply chains. Experience negotiating supplier agreements and commercial contracts. Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
