About the Role

To ensure the accurate and timely administration of MOC assessments, promotion evaluations, agency performance monitoring, and policy reassignment processes, while providing reliable reporting and operational support to drive agency performance and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform MOC assessments and promotion evaluations in accordance with established criteria and guidelines.

  • Monitor and track agency team performance against defined performance indicators and qualification requirements.

  • Prepare regular reports on MOC results, promotion eligibility, and agency performance.

  • Manage policy reassignment processes and ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Communicate assessment outcomes and respond to enquiries related to MOC, promotions, agency performance, and policy reassignment.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of agency management processes and SOPs.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Any Degree holder with minimum 3 years of working experiences in agency management or agency administration.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and numerical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
