Position Summary

The Senior IT Procurement Specialist supports the Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) organization by managing sourcing, contracting, supplier relationships, and procurement activities across technology spend categories. This role partners closely with DD&T stakeholders, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to deliver value, support business initiatives, and ensure effective procurement execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sourcing initiatives, competitive bid events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), and supplier evaluations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), software agreements, SaaS, cloud, and professional services contracts.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and support technology investments.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support supplier performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and value creation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Support contract renewals, procurement governance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze spend data and develop recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Drive procurement best practices and continuous process improvement initiative.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of IT Procurement, Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management experience.
  • Experience negotiating technology and software agreements.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and procurement systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud, managed services, and technology contracting.

Base Salary Range:

zł117,600.00 - zł161,700.00
