Desktop Support Technician

📍 Lihue, HI (Kauai)

We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and lifecycle replacement project in a healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on desktop support experience while working with end users and modern technology deployments.

What You'll Do

• Provide desktop support for Windows-based devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Image and deploy new PCs and laptops
• Assist with device replacements and migration activities
• Support Office 365 and Active Directory-related tasks
• Decommission and remove outdated equipment
• Deliver excellent customer service to end users
• Perform additional technical support duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience with desktop support, help desk, or technical support
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Experience imaging and deploying devices
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Exposure to Active Directory and/or Office 365
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when moving equipment

Preferred Experience

• PC refresh or deployment project experience
• Hardware installation and configuration
• End-user support in a professional environment

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
