What You'll Do

As an Alarm & Security Systems Technician, you will install, service, troubleshoot, and program residential security and automation systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure new residential alarm and security systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reprogram existing security and automation solutions.
• Service fire alarm, carbon monoxide detection, CCTV/video monitoring, networking, and access control systems.
• Complete wired and wireless device installations following industry best practices.
• Test and verify system functionality and communication with monitoring services.
• Educate homeowners on system features, functionality, and best practices.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience installing and configuring alarm/security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and program existing security systems.
• Experience with CCTV and site automation technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid ACE Card.
• Must have access to an 8-foot ladder.
• Must provide basic hand tools necessary to perform the job.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chatsworth, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
