Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
Research and troubleshoot customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience.
Meet productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
Training & Schedule
Training Period
6 to 8 weeks of training
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Full-time and fully onsite during training
Post-Training Schedule
Hybrid work arrangement:
3 days onsite
2 days remote
Candidates must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Employees can expect to work one to two shifts per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Final schedules will be assigned upon completion of training
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred
Strong customer service experience in a professional or retail environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or contact center environment
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
