Business Drivers/Customer Impact
The media client is currently facing cost pressures in their IT department. To address this, they’re transitioning support for around 600 applications to their India-based center, which will act as a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
As part of this shift, the India team is building a large support group—but they also need a U.S.-based team in Los Angeles to be the face of IT support for Sony Pictures locally. This LA team will work directly with company stakeholders and collaborate closely with the global team in India.
Key points about the roles:
- Based in Los Angeles, supporting the client on-site.
- Requires a mix of strong technical skills (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Cornerstone, etc.) and excellent communication.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with global teams, especially with colleagues in India.
- Work hours may be slightly flexible—typically starting earlier in the day to align with India’s time zone.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact transition, working with a global team and directly supporting a major client.
