What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Loan Officers to guide borrowers through the mortgage application process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth borrower experience.
• Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation to support loan approvals.
• Assist with income calculations, asset reviews, and documentation validation.
• Manage mortgage applications from pre-application through post-application stages.
• Update and maintain loan operating systems and application records.
• Work within a structured pipeline environment, managing a portfolio of approximately 45–60 active loan applications.
• Prioritize tasks and assignments through a personal work queue while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients daily via phone and virtual channels to obtain information, answer questions, and move loans forward.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Mortgage, real estate, banking, lending, or financial services experience.
• Experience reviewing financial documentation and supporting loan-related processes.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule
• First six months: On-site Monday–Friday to support training and ramp-up.
• Following successful performance and training completion: Reduced to two days per week on-site, based on business needs and hybrid guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
