This is an on-site role in downtown Seattle.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

Rate: $25+/hr

Scope: 2-3 years of customer service/reception Admin work

Duration: 12 month contract to perm

This Receptionist/Office Coordinator role supports the day-to-day operations of our client's Seattle office by serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while helping maintain a positive workplace experience. Responsibilities include front desk support, office coordination, administrative tasks, managing workplace requests, handling mail and supplies, and supporting facilities and office operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, administrative experience, excellent communication abilities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must have skillsets/experience:

Experience with admin tasks, work order systems, access control systems, customer service skills (#1). suite, preferred.

How many years of experience: 2-3+ years, ideally in customer service, receptionist and admin

Interviews: 1) Phone screen. 2) panel interview (on-site or open to remote as well)

Team dynamic: Whole company is customer, working to keep office running. Team size is 2-3.

Possible extension or hire? Extension, yes. Possible conversion with good performance.

Summary:

The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 0-2 years experience required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
