Data Entry Clerk – Fort Washington, PA

Location: Fort Washington, PA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Full-time potential)

Pay Rate: $20.69/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking multiple Data Entry Clerks to support a large-scale document digitization project for a well-established financial services organization. This project involves converting more than 45,000 paper records into digital files, helping preserve and modernize decades of important insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry and scanning
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update data in electronic databases and systems
• Verify information and correct discrepancies as needed
• Scan, index, and electronically file documents
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of completed work
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a professional or corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large volumes of documents and data
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document scanning and indexing
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or records management
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience handling medical records is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Washington, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.69 - $20.69/hr.
