About Innovation and Digital Partnerships
Enablers organization is responsible for managing Visa initiatives and the management of strategic partnerships such as Software as a Service, Bank as a Services and other tech companies complementing our value proposition, including processors. This organization leads the development of the payments ecosystem to create innovative solutions providing a new perspective for Verticals and complementing with the Visa products and solutions for Big Tech, Fintech and Platform partnerships like Issuing and Acquiring Processors, ERPs, Commerce Enablers and others.
Our team drives engagement, solutions and growth with our regional and local tech partners and develop and deliver our business development approach, as well as drive scope and scale of activities across multiple markets in LAC.
As part of Visa Enablers organization, the Enablers and Processors Partnerships Manager LAC role is responsible for building and managing major strategic partnerships and deals with Enablers into the payments ecosystem, including the management of specific accounts for issuing deals with SaaS, BaaS, processors and Tech companies. Enablers works closely with Visa Core Product and Solutions teams to oversee transactions that are typically highly complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature. This role requires an experienced business development professional and sector expert who can identify potential deals, develop the tactics and manage the teams needed to bring them to fruition.
Organizational savvy and interpersonal skills are a must, as the team will interface with specialized product groups, financial institution sales, merchant and acquiring sales, client consulting, marketing and corporate communications, legal, and finance to coordinate the end goal of achieving aspirational objectives and execute partnership agreements and deliverables that are highly complex in nature.
A focus on identifying and synthesizing factors that influence the payments landscape, including new behaviors, new stores of value, new frameworks for money movement, and new transaction environments will be important. A passion for and curiosity about what the future might hold will help this position to cover existing segments such as banking as a service, AI, CBDC, Crypto, as well as uncover new ones and other areas of embedded finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, distribute, manage, enhance and update sales materials, decks and communications for Enablers (PaaS, SaaS, BaaS, etc.), and new verticals community across LAC
Identify and collaborate with third-party partners who can complement and supplement solution sets
Identify and drive use cases to diversify revenue concentration and build and launch best practices for approach to account deals and account management
Develop bespoke and scalable sales material products leveraging Visa assets and as needed, third-party partner assets
Proactively educate the Visa organization on market developments and partner opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams’ members in LAC to generate benchmarks material, value propositions and sales pitches
Support team and cross-functional projects
Account Executive management & new pipeline follow up
Structure, negotiate, and execute deals and work across the organization to ensure alignment with product offerings and pricing, and with legal to reflect agreed business terms
Foster productive relationships at all levels within the team and across Visa
Position reports to a regional Sr. Director at Miami office
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience into financial institution, fintech, processor, enabler, or any other company related to the payments industry, developing professional services operations, consultancy, product management, or development of commerce solutions
- With a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of experience, with an Advanced Degree as a plus (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Manage high complexity, effectively manage time, and prioritize workload
- Self-starter with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines and timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and synthesize data
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
- Demonstrated success in business development, solution development and commercialization for cross-functional organization
- Fluent Spanish and English speaker. Portuguese is a plus
- Demonstrated success in driving relationships deepening with new product offerings
- Demonstrate business acumen and technical expertise in the development of integrated solutions
- Ability to influence others
- A high level of professionalism, trust and respect with business partners and suppliers, to build business relationships

The estimated salary range for this position is $114.400,00 to $ 183.000,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
