Marketing Associate (Digital Marketing)
Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate with strong digital marketing experience to support a team of marketing consultants responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for financial advisors and their practices.
In this role, you will combine your expertise in website management, social media, email marketing, and digital communications to help drive marketing initiatives that support advisor growth and client engagement. Working alongside marketing consultants, you will execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, lead generation, websites, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Marketing Manager.
- Partner closely with multiple marketing consultants to support advisor marketing initiatives.
- Execute digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of financial advisory practices.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Maintain and update advisor websites, including implementing SEO and digital optimization best practices.
- Collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure marketing materials meet applicable requirements and brand standards.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, client engagement, and retention.
- Work with advisor office staff to ensure consistent messaging and communications across channels.
- Adapt to and effectively utilize marketing tools, platforms, and technology solutions.
- Gather feedback from advisors and recommend process improvements and marketing enhancements.
- Contribute to team initiatives and support organizational goals, values, and culture.
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing principles, tools, and website management.
- Working knowledge of web design principles, content management systems, and digital best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing tools, social media scheduling platforms, and content distribution solutions.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
