Primary Responsibilities Community Health Navigator Consultants will: Build partnerships with hospitals, community health centers, behavioral health organizations, free clinics, schools, colleges, universities, libraries, food pantries, nonprofit agencies, faith-based organizations, and other trusted community partners. Deliver educational presentations explaining the upcoming Medicaid changes using clear, easy-to-understand language. Promote Voice Up's Know Check Act framework to encourage proactive healthcare planning. Represent Voice Up at health fairs, community events, educational workshops, and public awareness campaigns. Connect community members with official Medicaid offices, enrollment resources, healthcare providers, and local support organizations. Answer questions and help individuals locate trusted healthcare information. Gather community feedback to improve educational materials and outreach efforts. Document outreach activities and measurable community impact through concise monthly reporting. Participate in consultant meetings and ongoing professional development. The school's own materials put a public number on one version of that outcome: an eight-week career-pathway internship advertised at forty to over a hundred dollars an hour, alongside more than twenty other paid internship and AI-economy placements threaded through the same ecosystem, several of which track hours automatically and enter participants into weekly gift-card drawings simply for logging time inside the approved platforms. None of that is the same as a guarantee. It is, at minimum, a publicly stated number a prospective student can hold the organization to, which is a different kind of claim than a testimonial. A Second Kind of Practicum The economic bridge is not the only place the school's theory meets a real caseload. At a behavioral health organization where Art Fuller also holds a senior role, a Voice Up incubated platform called Haven Clinician is being built to ease the documentation burden that drives so much of the field's burnout the hours a clinician spends writing up a session instead of living in it. The build is not a hypothetical product roadmap. It runs through an actual clinical-supervision structure: a graduate social-work intern from one partner university began placement on the project in the spring of 2026, followed by a second intern from another university, both supervised by a licensed clinical social worker who serves as the program's first credentialed field supervisor under national social-work education standards.
