Deliver educational presentations explaining the upcoming Medicaid changes using clear, easy-to-understand language. Promote Voice Up's Know Check Act framework to encourage proactive healthcare planning. Represent Voice Up at health fairs, community events, educational workshops, and public awareness campaigns. Connect community members with official Medicaid offices, enrollment resources, healthcare providers, and local support organizations. Answer questions and help individuals locate trusted healthcare information. Gather community feedback to improve educational materials and outreach efforts. Document outreach activities and measurable community impact through concise monthly reporting. Participate in consultant meetings and ongoing professional development.
