Responsibilities:

Advanced Tooling & Application Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in modern data and automation tools, including Power BI for technical visualization setup and data model integration, Knime for complex data processing and workflow automation, and Python for advanced scripting, data handling, and solution development across diverse business application scenarios.
AI-driven Workflow Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities and implement technical solutions using AI tools and capabilities (e.g., leveraging VS Code extensions for intelligent code generation, developing AI-assisted automation scripts) to significantly improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of traditional business workflows.
Clear Data Architecture & Systemization: Possess a robust data architecture mindset. Based on identified business requirements, design, develop, and implement foundational data architectures (e.g., master data management systems). This involves transforming raw, disparate data into systematic, structured, harmonized and easily consumable data models, and establishing efficient, reliable data processing pipelines and workflows.
Business Acumen for Market & Share Data: Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of how daily market and share data is captured, processed, stored, and integrated within various systems, ensuring its technical integrity, accessibility, and readiness for business consumption.
Technical Enablement & Upskilling: Serve as a technical expert and mentor. Actively enable and upskill contractors and team members through structured training programs and hands-on guidance, enhancing their technical proficiencies in data tools and established processes to meet evolving operational demands.

Qualifications:

Technical proficiency in data processing, workflow automation, and solution development tools, including Power BI (PBI), Knime, and Python.
Demonstrated ability to strategically apply and integrate AI tools and concepts (e.g., VS Code intelligent features, AI libraries) to optimize and automate complex business processes.
Profound understanding of data architecture principles, with practical experience in designing and implementing master data management strategies and systematic data processing workflows.
Strong technical acumen regarding the structure, flow, and integration of market and share data within business systems.
Good technical communication and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to effectively train and empower technical staff.
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks is preferred.
