岗位职责：
- 负责仓库各类设备、工具及设施的日常使用、维护和管理，确保其安全、合规运行。
- 负责仓库相关政策、SOP、工作规程等文件的编制、更新、培训及执行，并配合各类内外部审计、检查及认证工作。
- 负责原料（包括 GMP 物料及非 GMP 物料）的接收、验收、存储、发放及交接工作，确保物料流转安全、准确、及时。
- 负责物料取样、报损及相关记录管理，确保符合质量和合规要求。
- 及时、准确完成库存系统维护及物料标签更新，确保账、卡、物一致。
- 与生产、质量、采购、物流等内部客户，以及供应商等外部客户保持良好沟通，确保信息及时传递并提供高质量服务。
- 负责 SAP、PMX、GMMARS 等系统的日常操作及相关业务处理。
- 按计划完成库存盘点工作，持续保证库存数据的准确性和完整性。
- 负责仓库相关文件和记录的及时、准确填写、归档及分发。
- 负责化学品管理工作，包括收发、储存、盘点、日常检查及合规管理。
- 完成主管安排的其他工作任务。
- 严格遵守公司 HSE（健康、安全与环境）管理要求，履行安全生产职责，积极参与安全改善活动。
任职要求：
- 持有有效叉车操作证，并具备实际叉车驾驶经验。
- 具备仓储管理相关工作经验，有 GMP 环境仓库工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉仓库管理流程及库存管理要求，能够熟练使用 SAP 或相关仓储管理系统。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心和团队合作精神。
- 能够独立完成数据记录及文件管理工作，具有较强的执行力和细节意识。
- 能够从事（有毒有害）化学品相关管理工作，诚实守信，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
- 无色盲、色弱，矫正视力达到 1.2 及以上。
- 能够根据业务需要接受加班、倒班及轮班工作安排。
