International-Trade Operations Planner

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the export operations of finished products and materials from China to global markets, ensuring seamless trade execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Own designated import/export lanes and drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and value creation initiatives.
  • Lead trade system operations, including data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with overseas stakeholders and external partners, including Customs and 3PL providers, to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
  • Build logistics partners' capabilities and drive continuous improvement across trade and supply chain processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong ownership, learning agility, and execution skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and develop 3PL partners to deliver business results.
  • Experience in international trade operations, customs compliance, logistics, or supply chain planning is preferred.
