💰 Salary: Basic up to $6,500 + commissions + variable bonus + petrol card
Job Description
- Provide technical sales support for marine turbocharger maintenance and repair services
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals and cost estimates for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with ship owners and marine industry clients
- Conduct client visits and meetings to identify new business opportunities
- Support tender preparation and contract negotiations to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with engineering teams to design solutions for client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in marine industry
- Ensure smooth project handover and execution with operations team
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM system
- Handle technical and commercial queries from existing and potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- 3 years' experience in technical sales, preferably marine turbocharger or marine engineering services
- Strong knowledge of marine propulsion systems and turbochargers from major brands
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client relationship management
- Willing to travel locally and internationally as required
