Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
Handle work pass applications and renewals and support migrant worker administration matters
Manage dormitory arrangements, worker movements, lease renewals, and related documentation
Support employee medical matters including health screenings, PCP subscriptions, and medical coordination
Handle staff and worker administration, maintain employee records, and ensure proper documentation filing
Assist in staff welfare initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
Verify claims, maintain employee data records, and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
