- Location: Near Bright Hill MRT

- Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00AM – 8:00PM / 8:00PM – 8:00AM)
- Salary: $2,500 and above (depending on experience)

Job Description
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and continence care.
- Perform basic physiological monitoring and report observations to the nursing team.
- Carry out planned nursing interventions under the supervision of trained nurses.
- Support nurses during medical emergencies and crisis situations.
- Maintain residents' dignity and well-being throughout their stay.
- Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
- Accompany residents for clinical appointments, hospital transfers, and internal transfers.
- Support life enrichment and recreational activities for residents.
- Participate in quality audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School, ITE NITEC, or GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Healthcare-related certifications such as ITE Skills Certificate in Healthcare, NITEC in Community Care & Social Service (Nursing Care), or WSQ Healthcare Support certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a nursing home, acute care, or private hospital setting.
- Possess basic IT skills.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
