- Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm
- Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,200
Requirement
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
Job Responsibilities
- Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
- Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
- Gather customers’ documents and onboarding procedures
- Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions
- Manage credit and operational risks proactively
- Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives
- Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives
- Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organisation by driving customer satisfaction
- Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities
