Key Responsibilities
Perform facial treatments, skin analysis, and basic aesthetic services
Recommend suitable skincare products based on customer needs
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and tools
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
Upsell packages, memberships, and retail products
Keep accurate treatment records and customer profiles
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
Relevant certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology
1–3 years of hands-on experience preferred
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
Good communication and customer service skills
