- 3 to 6 years of architectural design experience with strong exposure to project development and documentation, ideally in residential projects.
- Advanced in Revit as your primary production tool, with strong multidisciplinary understanding across Architecture, Structure, and MEP.

- Solid understanding of US residential construction methods, particularly wood-framed construction, and able to identify design conflicts and propose practical solutions proactively.
