Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for HCM employee lifecycle data domains and processes, including hire to retire, organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation data.
Design and implement data quality controls, governance mechanisms, and audit checks to ensure integrity and consistency of employee lifecycle data.
Analyze and resolve complex HR data issues, leading root cause analysis across regions, HR functions, and shared services teams.
Support Mergers, Acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations by managing employee data migration, validation, and harmonization activities within HCM.
Develop advanced HCM reports, dashboards, and data extracts for global stakeholders and leadership decision making.
Partner with HR COEs (Talent, Total Rewards), Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate data integration and downstream system alignment.
Lead functional testing and data validation for HCM enhancements, integrations, compensation cycles, and country rollouts.
Execute and govern compensation related data changes and actions in Workday, including annual cycles, focal awards, and off cycle adjustments, while coaching junior analysts and reviewing their work.
