  • Perform lifecycle tasks including firmware updates, configuration changes, performance improvements, and operational maintenance of storage infrastructure
  • Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, server, virtualization, and monitoring teams to integrate new capabilities, support technology refresh, and maintain secure, reliable storage operations
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, storage diagrams, and operational artifacts supporting sustainment, change control, and continuous improvement
  • Apply security patches, firmware updates, and platform hotfixes across storage systems, ensuring timely compliance with enterprise security baselines and configuration standards
  • Identify and remediate noncompliant storage components by reviewing vulnerability and compliance reports, addressing patching failures, and validating corrective actions across assigned environments

  • Strong proficiency with storage provisioning, permissions/security management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Experience implementing secure configuration practices, storage hardening, and compliance with enterprise security requirements
  • Familiarity with patching, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation, and configuration compliance processes
