Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure all team members are aligned with operational priorities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts, reconciliation, and system updates
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in contract logistics or 3PL environment is a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems (WMS), and logistics operations.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (an added advantage)
- Willing to be based at PTP, Johor
