Overall Role Purpose
Provide effective and efficient administrative support on Sales matters to the Sales Management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
- Assist the VP, Commercial in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity.
- Manage VP, Commercial’s office in his/her absence, and ensures all matters requiring the VP, commercial’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
- Any other Sales-related duties and tasks assigned by the VP, Commercial.
- Organise and minute monthly Sales Meetings. Plays key role in organization and/or coordination of other key or large-scale Sales or company events e.g. Sales conference, recreation activities, family days, visitor lunches, etc..
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants, liaison with relevant hotels and overseeing various logistics arrangements.
- Collate data for Sales reports (both country and regional) and other required documentation; ensuring deadlines are complied with.
- Coordinate with other departments’ coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- 2 - 4 years experience in an administrative and support role
- Good command of English (Both of Written & Spoken)
- Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable
- Time management, and communications skills
