Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Consultants. In this role, you will work directly with clients to help them understand financial concepts and explore strategies related to protection, retirement planning, and long-term financial goals.
This is a client-facing position that offers flexibility, ongoing training, and the opportunity to grow within a performance-based environment.

Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain required state licensing
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand financial goals and provide appropriate guidanceSupport
clients with strategies related to wealth protection, retirement planning, and long-term
financial organization.
Maintain and build client relationships through a consultative, service-focused approach.
Collaborate with internal mentors and team members to ensure quality client outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with clients or managing relationships in a professional
settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independentlyInterest in
developing knowledge in financial planning concepts.
Willingness to complete required licensing (Life & Health) if not already obtained.
