Job Description
Responsibilities – Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programmes, including EDM design, classroom setup, logistics coordination, and post-training admin.
- Coordinate Learning Awards, including submission consolidation, form review, and interview scheduling.
- Support the experiential segment of the JurongHealth Onboarding Programme .
- Monitor L&D corporate programme registrations and maintain dashboard accuracy.
- Liaise for invoicing and process internship allowance payments.
- Provide admin support for various L&D initiatives.
Responsibilities – Employee Engagement:
- Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Manage event logistics (liaising with vendors/staff, materials, on-site support).
- Support HR-led wellness and improvement projects.
- Oversee staff facilities and engagement resources
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
