Job Summary
Join a dynamic Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and service excellence through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support Quality Management activities, including Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for assigned programmes.
Conduct scheduled QA/QC audits on completed works and services.
Perform documentation reviews and site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
Prepare and submit audit findings, reports, and recommendations in a timely manner.
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Identify and escalate critical issues, systemic concerns, and non-conformances for management attention.
Support external audits and compliance assessments in accordance with contractual requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to drive quality improvement and operational excellence.
Report directly to the QA Manager on quality assurance and compliance matters.
Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Quality Management, or WSH.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, audits, and compliance processes.
