We are looking for a resourceful, highly motivated Event Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing a wide range of events from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering high-quality experiences, and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Event conceptualisation.
- Oversee and liaise with various event stakeholders such as suppliers and venue management.
- Manage event ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee event
- Provide on-site event support.
- Showcall and programme management.
- Evaluate event success and making recommendations for improvement.
- Career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least Higher Nitec in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proactive and can solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.
