The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities on Twitch. The Brand Partnership Studio brings streamers visibility and value across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. Based in our Mexico City office, you will partner closely with our Twitch Brand Partnership team to manage, coordinate, and deliver integrated brand campaigns. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, build deep expertise in the Twitch creator ecosystem, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, creators, and vendors. You’re a strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
Key job responsibilities Program Activation
- Collaborate closely with other teams within the Brand Partnership Studio, including Creative Strategists, Producers, Sales, Operations, Legal and Marketing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, delivering best-in-class customer experience for custom content and advertising executions
- Own end-to-end execution, project management, and quality control of custom solutions, from sale through completion and ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Represent the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings, providing production recommendations and proactively identifying risks, challenges, and solutions
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns. Secure approvals, track action items, and coordinate closely with vendors, talent, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless live execution
- Manage partnerships with Twitch creators and oversee third-party production companies
- Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, financial reporting, and billing
- Support pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and revenue accuracy through Salesforce
Influencer Talent Management
- Identify and recommend the best creator talent for marquee branded content campaigns, using data-driven insights to support your recommendations
- Lead contract negotiations with influencers and talent agencies, ensuring agreements align with client objectives, creator expectations, and business requirements
- Continuously scout emerging and established creators across the platform to expand our talent roster and identify new opportunities for client programs
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the Twitch Ad Sales team, content creators, and talent agencies, managing relationships and facilitating smooth collaboration
- Present influencer recommendations and campaign results to clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind talent selections
- Provide consultation on influencer marketing best practices, platform trends, and creator dynamics
