- 6+ years across operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a prior Chief of Staff role, with real exposure to ambiguity and high-stakes decisions.
- A track record of driving cross-functional projects to outcomes in a startup or scaleup, ideally remote and async.

As Chief of Staff you are the right hand of the CEO. You keep every initiative moving across the company, manage the CEO's relationships with internal and external counterparts, and take the first step on problems that do not yet have an owner or a playbook. - Bridge the founder's vision with each department's initiatives and keep priorities aligned across the company.
