As Chief of Staff you are the right hand of the CEO. You keep every initiative moving across the company, manage the CEO's relationships with internal and external counterparts, and take the first step on problems that do not yet have an owner or a playbook. You operate company-wide, with no fixed department and no fixed team: your scope is wherever the CEO's priorities are.

  • Bridge the founder's vision with each department's initiatives and keep priorities aligned across the company.
  • Coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects end to end, from product launches to fundraising, and keep them on time.
  • Bring structure to operations: create or improve the systems and cadences that reduce friction across teams.
  • Act as a trusted confidant to the CEO, help with tough decisions, and surface what is urgent versus important.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely investor and board materials.
  • Turn ambiguous, unstructured problems into plans and take the first step before being asked.

Success looks like: within 90 days the CEO trusts you to own and move their top initiatives, the operating cadence is tight, and nothing drops. Over time you become the CEO's force multiplier.

You would work directly with the CEO as their right hand, with full visibility into the company's priorities and the autonomy to move them forward. The culture is fast, high-trust, and async, and it rewards judgment, ownership, and clear written communication across time zones.

  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in consulting, banking, or a founder role.
  • Fluency in startup dynamics: fundraising, growth, hiring, and the blockers that come with scale.
  • Comfortable folding AI into how you work, and with async tools like Slack, Loom, and Notion.
