Senior Account Executive, Amazon Business EU Public Sector - Non-Profit (Part-Time, 20-29 hours).
Customers rely on Amazon for convenient access to millions of products delivered right to their doorstep.
The Amazon Business team is reimagining that experience to fit the specific needs of the EU’s most impactful Non-Profits — the organizations whose mission is to care for others. From national emergency response charities and Europe’s largest social care providers to housing associations supporting vulnerable communities, hospices, homelessness charities, and sports associations — these customers exist to help people, and we exist to help them do more of it.
Amazon Business helps Non-Profits reshape their procurement with cost and time savings, greater productivity, and insightful purchasing analytics. Customers benefit from a curated site experience, Business Prime, business-only pricing and selection, multi-user accounts, approvals workflows, purchasing system integrations, payment solutions, dedicated customer support, and more. For organizations operating on tight margins with rising demand, every Euro saved on procurement can go directly to frontline service delivery. B2B procurement is undergoing a digital transformation, and nowhere is the opportunity greater than in the social care and non-profit sector.
As a Senior Account Executive in the EU Non-Profit team, you will own a focused portfolio of non-profit customers and help them get more from Amazon Business — saving time, reducing cost, and freeing up resources for the missions they exist to deliver. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about the customers we serve, comfortable working independently against quotas, and motivated by the impact our work has on the people our customers care for.
It’s always Day 1 at Amazon. The EU Non-Profit vertical is one of the most strategically important growth areas within Amazon Business, and we need you to bring your customer obsession, creative spirit, and best ideas to a sector that operates differently to commercial customers. You will execute against a clear playbook and have real ownership of your accounts, while working alongside a team that is shaping how Amazon Business serves the wider sector.
A successful Senior Account Executive will be a confident self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently, and genuinely curious about how the Non-Profit sector operates. The best candidates will be motivated by impact as much as commercial outcomes — and will see no tension between the two.
