[ABOUT THE ROLE]
As a B2B Sales Representative, you own the entire sales cycle from first contact to closed deal. You'll become a specialist in identifying companies' recruitment challenges and positioning TalentIQ's AI platform as the answer.
This is a self-driven role where you manage your own pipeline — and therefore your own income. You'll receive thorough onboarding, ongoing sparring, and access to professional sales materials. The role demands self-discipline and drive, but rewards you with high earnings and career opportunities in a growing company.
[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES]
Conduct outbound B2B sales via phone, LinkedIn, and digital channels
Identify and qualify potential customers in your local market
Run needs assessments and advise on recruitment optimization
Present TalentIQ's AI solutions through online demos
Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up on leads
Stay up to date on market trends and competitor analysis
Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions
Report on sales activities and results
[WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR]
Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or appointment-setting experience
Fluent English plus your local language (Danish, Swedish, or German)
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Interest in technology, AI, and digital solutions
Self-driven work style with high accountability
Professional presence in customer dialogue
Comfortable with commission-based income and no base salary
Strong communication and negotiation skills

DKK 50,000-70,000/month (~EUR 6,700-9,400) at stable performance
20-30% commission per closed deal — no earnings cap
