You will start each morning reviewing the three-day board and queueing up 100+ warm outbound calls to existing customers and members. Between calls you will field a steady stream of emails from commercial accounts, update ServiceTitan with every interaction, and coordinate last-minute changes with the tech dispatchers. Your afternoons revolve around filling empty appointment slots through friendly follow-ups, turning upset callers into loyal fans, and spotting opportunities to invite customers into the membership program. By end of day you will have a clean CRM, a full schedule, and a clear hand-off note for the next shift. Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a 90-year-old home services company that keeps residential and commercial buildings comfortable across multiple US states. They deliver heating, cooling, and plumbing services and run a membership program that rewards loyal customers with priority support and exclusive perks. You will sit on the frontline team of about a dozen CSRs who keep the three-day schedule packed and the phones humming. Daily huddles with the scheduling department, constant Slack chatter, and a shared obsession with customer happiness define the culture. Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service trades gives you instant credibility with customers. Experience juggling high-volume appointment scheduling or service coordination helps you hit the ground running. SDR or outbound sales exposure means you already know how to keep conversations warm and productive. A naturally outgoing personality and genuine excitement about customer interaction will make you stand out.
