You’ll join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, high-quality software solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud. The team works closely with cross-functional partners, values knowledge sharing and continuous learning, and encourages everyone to contribute ideas and improvements while balancing technical excellence with delivery. 

About the Role  

We are seeking a Consulting / Principal Software Engineer to help design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and collaboration across teams. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about building reliable systems and solving complex problems. 

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Core and React 

  • Contribute to technical architecture, system design, and solution discussions 

  • Develop and manage integrations with SQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL 

  • Use Git for version control and collaboration 

  • Build and deploy applications on Azure (cloud or hybrid environments) 

  • Ensure applications meet standards for performance, reliability, and security 

  • Support and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders 

  • Help troubleshoot application, performance, and deployment issues 

  • Explore opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities where relevant 

 

Requirements:   

  • Experience working with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core 

  • Experience building user interfaces using React 

  • Experience with SQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL 

  • Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools 

  • Experience working with Azure Cloud services 

  • Understanding of system design, APIs, scalability, and performance optimization 

  • Foundational knowledge of networking concepts (such as DNS, load balancing, or connectivity)
