As the Head of Retail Design, you will be responsible for bringing the brand's visual identity to life and reinventing the customer journey across a seamless online and offline ecosystem. You will work closely with key stakeholders, adapt and optimize retail identity, create comprehensive retail guidelines for product launches, monitor competitive retail codes, coordinate the worldwide retail community, foster a collaborative mindset, and manage a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail design, commercial architecture, or visual merchandising, with experience in the beauty or luxury retail industries.

  • Adapter, optimiser et créer des directives pour notre identité de vente au détail sur tous les points de contact physiques.
  • Créer et livrer des directives de vente au détail complètes pour tous les lancements clés de produits.
